What does Vitamin E do?
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that’s main job is to protect the cells in your body from damage. They’re supposed to protect your cells from free radicals, which are highly reactive substances resulting from metabolism. Free radicals cause damage to your body’s cells by attacking its membranes, DNA, and proteins. Resulting from this can be serious life-ending health problems such as cancer and heart disease.
Taking vitamin E is particularly critical because it protects your bloods cell, your nervous system, skeletal muscles, and prevents your eye retinas from being damaged by free radicals.
