Magnesium Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA)

mag.jpgMangesium’s RDA, or Recommended Daily Allowance, is the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine’s way of recommending a daily amount of a particular substance that individuals should consume daily.

These figures are the amount needed to prevent deficiency, but are NOT necessarily the amounts required of magnesium to prevent chronic diseases or promote optimum health.
